Fiona Cole has been a yoga practitioner and instructor in the Los Angeles area for over 11 years. She received her training from pioneers in the L.A. yoga community, including 93-year-old Monette Goetinck who taught such stars as Marilyn Monroe and Gloria Swanson. Fiona is a graduate of the prestigious Yoga Therapy teacher-training program at Loyola Marymount University. For three years she developed and ran the Yoga Therapy program at the Glendale Adventist Medical Center, specializing in addiction recovery and chronic illness.  Drawing from a variety of styles, Fiona teaches multi-level group and private classes, ranging from vinyasa flow to restorative. She has written over thirty columns on yoga and health for the Los Angeles Newspaper Group. Fiona is a member of Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She designs yoga, meditation, and wellness programs for specific medical conditions as well as for overall health., Robin Conrad holds an MFA in dance/choreography. She is a certified Pilates instructor through Long Beach Dance Conditioning, where she studied with world-renowned Pilates and functional anatomy expert, Marie-Jose Blom. She has continued her Pilates education with numerous workshops specializing in core strengthening, body sculpting, back and joint pain, and obesity. She works with a wide range of clients in both studio and private settings. In 2005 she expanded her wellness education by completing a yoga teacher training and joining Yoga Alliance. Through her dance background and training, Robin has refined her eye for movement. She emphasizes form and strengthening while being mindful of injuries and chronic conditions. She has been teaching in Los Angeles for the past 11 years and working as a choreographer for film, television, music video and stage.
